Last night after a hard day of planning for Theo’s sister’s wedding, the family went out to eat. It was raining and this gave Theo some concern. As we exited the back door, he began to pull his hoodie up and then stoop over like an old man with a cane. I mean his body was curved so much that it affected his walk. This was obviously an attempt to protect himself from the rain, but it provided his Dad with some entertainment. A couple of minutes later in the parking lot of the restaurant, Theo again tried to duck the rain as we walked more slowly than normal, through the rain, into the building. His Dad was not a little wet, but was cracking up a lot.
